I managed a large, diverse group of stakeholders using agile processes to balance varying perspectives and needs, offering content flexibility while maintaining a high-quality learner experience. Leading a team of 70+ client and L&D professionals worldwide, I oversaw the design, development, and launch of a personalized ethics and compliance training program for 90,000 learners in three languages. By incorporating continuous feedback and adapting quickly, I guided the program to meet both business goals and learner engagement. This collaborative effort resulted in a successful, impactful program that addressed complex requirements effectively.
