Scale a community outreach program

Coconino County offered an in-person financial empowerment program to residents who receive financial assistance, and they wanted the ability to scale the program in a way that ensured a consistent learning experience using existing personnel. As the sole designer and project manager on the project, I led the client to move their program online. Because some learners in the community did not have access to home computers and internet, we developed a mobile-friendly course using Articulate Rise that learners could complete on their phones. Learners were able to complete the self-paced training, receive personal coaching from personnel (who had more time to assist learners because they no longer taught classes), and qualify for financial assistance.
